Peter oversees PartnersFinancial’s business development and recruiting efforts. He provides leadership throughout the entire firm selection and onboarding process and is critical to the growth and sustainability of the membership. Prior to his role in business development, Peter oversaw institutional alliances and professional partnerships. With his knowledge of the public accounting and financial institution industries, Peter guided over 200 revenue-sharing partnerships and spoke on developing successful alliances for organizations, including the Life Insurance Market Research Association, the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting and prominent life insurance carriers. Peter originally came to NFP as a compliance analyst, bringing with him his years of experience as an investment advisor representative for Intersecurities and as a financial consultant for AXA Advisors. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He’s Life and Health licensed in the state of Texas and also holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.

Mike is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our sales organization and leads NFP’s salesforce across the U.S., Canada, UK and Ireland.
Mike actively cultivates a competitive edge in our sales activities that increases our market share, revenue and brand awareness. His responsibilities include expanding opportunities with clients through integrated sales initiatives – in property and casualty insurance, employee and executive benefits, wealth management, and retirement advisory – that leverage our growing expertise and capabilities across regions, business lines and solutions. Mike also works with regional sales leaders to provide clarity on goals, facilitate the sharing of best practices and ensure consistency in our sales efforts.
In addition, Mike is a member of NFP’s Executive Committee, which charts the strategic course for the company. Since NFP was acquired by Aon in April of 2024, he has been serving as an executive sponsor of the integration strategy for driving sales and revenue growth. He also plays an active role in the company’s inclusion and belonging strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to NFP leaders on related issues.
In everything he does, Mike is motivated by opportunities to create connections and cultivate relationships, amplify ideas, encourage perseverance and inspire teams to new levels of success. Mike joined NFP in 2006 and has played an increasingly instrumental role in aligning the organization’s business guidelines with its vision and culture. Before joining NFP, he spent more than 14 years with John Hancock Financial Services where his successes included building a thriving relationship between John Hancock and NFP.
Mike is an active participant in a variety of industry and community organizations, serving as chair of the Finseca Board of Directors (2024-25) and playing a central role in transforming the organization, which is now more than 10,000 members strong. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Suffolk University and The American College of Financial Services, and the Board of Directors of LL Global, the nonprofit parent company for LIMRA and LOMA. He is also an engaged supporter of Nationwide’s Financial Alliance for Representation and Empowerment, the No Books No Ball Basketball Program and the Roxbury YMCA. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from American International College.

Bruce was a founder and managing partner of PartnersFinancial before it was acquired by NFP in January 1999. Bruce has served as a director since May 2007. He has also served as chairman emeritus of NFP Insurance Services, Inc. since January 2006. Currently, Bruce serves in various supervisory capacities and has an active role in relations between carriers and producers, and in career development among the organizations. Bruce served as chairman and CEO of NFP Insurance Services, Inc. from 1999 through 2005. He also served as an NFP director from October 2000 to August 2003. Bruce has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Tim brings a wealth of expertise, a proven track record and a strong commitment to driving growth and fostering a competitive edge.
Tim joined PartnersFinancial in 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in expanding client opportunities through sales initiatives that leverage our expanding expertise and capabilities across various regions, business lines and solutions.
He has been an estate planning attorney for over 30 years and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry designing creative, innovative and tax-efficient estate and insurance plans to meet clients’ complex needs and desires. He helps member firms execute advanced wealth transfer plans through consulting and discussing legal strategies with clients.
Tim is a dynamic leader who continues to drive our teams and sales toward new levels of success.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.

Laura Brown brings an exceptional background to Partners Financial. As a CPA with a Personal Financial Specialist certification, she enhances our ability to serve clients with complex financial needs. With almost 30 years of experience as a CPA, Laura has dedicated the last 25 years to helping advisors proactively implement advanced life insurance strategies as part of their clients' estate and business plans. Her extensive career has honed her expertise in various critical areas that are invaluable to our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele.
Laura's Brown expertise spans several domains including tax approaches, business and succession planning, executive compensation planning and estate planning. With her technical proficiency, leadership skills and thoughtful approach to client challenges, she excels at simplifying complex concepts, making her an ideal partner for advisors and clients navigating financial landscapes.
As part of the PartnersFinancial Advanced Sales team, Laura contributes to our mission of providing expert technical analysis and insights into estate and business planning topics. Her role involves collaborating with advisors to uncover opportunities for individual clients, enhance relationships with centers of influence and present tailored recommendations that align with the sophisticated needs of UHNW individuals. Laura's addition to our team further strengthens our capability to offer comprehensive solutions that integrate sophisticated insurance solutions with broader estate and business planning objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business economics with accounting from UCSB.
